About Jennifer
Most people talk about the Creator Economy. I built a piece of it — one of the world's leading influencer marketing agencies, scaled and sold. Today I split my time between the stage and the boardroom: delivering keynotes that cut through the hype at events like TEDx, Cannes, and SXSW, and advising the founders and brands trying to stay ahead of where influence is really heading.

I bet on creators before most people took them seriously.
Back in 2015, "influencer marketing" was a phrase that got you eye-rolls in most rooms. While working at YouTube, I saw something different: a fundamental shift in how attention, trust, and commerce were about to work. So I left to found Digital Voices in 2017 — and spent the next 9 years turning that hunch into one of the world's leading influencer marketing agencies, working with household name brands including Unilever, DoorDash and Adobe, building tech and scaling to a team of 80 people in 4 countries.
I started the business by myself, aged 26, with £500 and no management or marketing experience. Over the following decade, I learned a lot of lessons the hard way as a bootstrapped solo founder.
In 2026, I sold the agency to PMG. But I wasn't done with the industry I'd helped build — I'd just changed my seat. Now I bring that hard-won, operator's view to two audiences: the audiences who want to understand what's coming next, and the founders who want a straight answer about what to build now.
Living between New York and Italy, I'm building the future of influencer marketing at PMG, alongside my love for helping founders build and scale their businesses.
